Terms and Conditions

PLEASE NOTE, DURING THE FESTIVE PERIOD, OUR COURIERS ARE ESPECIALLY BUSY, THEREFORE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED CONSIDERABLY, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERIES TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE CHRISTMAS. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

Delivery. Following receipt and clearance of payment, orders placed Monday-Friday (excl. Bank Holidays) before 12 Noon, will normally be despatched the same day, or at the latest, the next business day, and delivered within 48 hours (Mainland UK (excl. Highlands & Islands)). Orders placed after 12 Noon Friday will normally be despatched Monday.

Our Couriers deliver Mon-Fri only, we cannot arrange for deliveries at the weekend or specify time of delivery. All orders will require a signature on delivery. 

Delivery charge is set at £7.50 for any order up to 30kg. (Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands £20.00).  £12.50 for any order 30.01kg - 60kg,(N.I., Highlands & Islands £40.00). £15.00 for any order 60.01kg - 90kg.(N.I., Highlands & Islands  Negotiable).  90kg and above negotiable. (N.I., Highlands & Islands  Negotiable). Delivery is normally within 48 hrs to mainland UK, however, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands are 2-7days. Orders further afield please email for price. 

Once a delivery has been signed for, it becomes your responsibility, no claims for theft or damage can be entered into. It is important to check all parcels for damage before signing.

If you are  out at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card with contact details to arrange a re-delivery. If you fail to contact the courier, you will be charged for the cost of the return of your parcel.

Returns & Refunds. If any items are damaged or missing from your order, we will arrange to replace or refund the items, providing you email us within 24 hours of delivery. Before we can replace or refund a damaged item, we require the damaged item be returned to us, we will arrange this with our courier. Items for return must be suitably packaged to avoid further damage.

Items ordered in error or simply un-wanted, are returned at the customers expense.

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled anytime after placing said order, up to 7 days after delivery. Cancellations must be notified in writing (email preferred). All unwanted goods must be returned, at your expense, within 14 days of your notice to cancel. If you are unable to return the goods you must make them available for our courier to collect. You will not be entitled to a refund of the original delivery charge. It is your responsibility to return all goods in the same condition as when delivered. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any necessary charges for the repair or cleaning of any goods not returned in good condition. Any return charges incurred by you on faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods, returned to us in good condition, within 7 days of receipt, will be refunded to you upon proof of payment.

 

Payment Methods We accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal).

 

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

Complaints. We hope you never have cause to complain about us or our products, however, if you do, please email customerservices@tweety-pie.com

Re-Cycling. We care about your order & we also care about the environment. We receive goods into our warehouses in hundreds of cardboard boxes every week. Whenever possible we send your orders out in boxes that have been used before, they will be sturdy & as good as new, we therefore feel it is pointless to throw them out & we hope you feel the same.

Non of our feeds are suitable for human consumption.

 

We try to keep our 'out of stock' information as current as possible, however, occasionally errors can occur and we may be unable to fulfill an order despite the webshop showing product 'in stock'. When this happens, we will contact the customer and offer either a refund or alternative product.

All the images of food products on our webshop are actual photos of our products taken by us. Due to the products in question being subject to variation in harvest quality and other forces beyond our control, actual product may vary slightly from the images. However, we do endeavour to supply the best quality product available at that time whenever we can.
